Liability Clause

Cryptid Women’s Society

By participating in any paranormal investigation, cryptid hunting, or supernatural engagement organized by the Cryptid Women’s Society, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk: You understand and accept that engaging in activities related to paranormal investigation, cryptid hunting, or supernatural engagement carries inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or psychological distress. You voluntarily assume all such risks and hold the Cryptid Women’s Society harmless.

Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in any activities organized by the Cryptid Women’s Society, you, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, and your assigns, hereby release, discharge, and waive any claims, demands, or causes of action against the Cryptid Women’s Society and its members, agents, representatives, employees, and volunteers arising from or in connection with any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the activities.

Exclusion of Liability: The Cryptid Women’s Society shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages sustained by you while participating in paranormal investigation, cryptid hunting, or supernatural engagement activities. 

This exclusion of liability specifically includes, but is not limited to:

1. 
   Injuries resulting from encounters with cryptids, extraterrestrial beings, or paranormal entities.

1. Injuries sustained during the opening of portals to other dimensions, including portals to hell.

1. Injuries or damages caused by the manifestation or attachment of poltergeists or other supernatural entities.

1. Injuries resulting from contact with werewolves or other shapeshifting creatures.

Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own safety and well-being during any activities organized by the Cryptid Women’s Society. It is your responsibility to exercise caution, follow instructions provided by the Society, and take appropriate safety measures to minimize risks. The Society strongly recommends that you educate yourself about potential dangers and act responsibly at all times.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Cryptid Women’s Society harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the activities organized by the Society.

By signing up for or participating in any activities organized by the Cryptid Women’s Society, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this liability clause and voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions. You also acknowledge that this clause shall be binding upon your heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.
